And for 2 Live Jews, the heat on their chart topping album As Kosher As They Wanna Be has never gone down.

It was 25 years ago, in 1990, that the group came to national attention for their parody of a parody of a parody by mocking 2 Live Crew, mocking pop music, mocking the buying public.

It’s safe to say that Eazy Irving and MC Moisha are just as relevant today, if not more so.

Ask any Jew around the world aged 26 to 62 if they remember the group, and they’ll like say, “Of course. That was hilarious.”

All one has to do is take a trip to youtube to see that the group is still racking up hits like it was the 20th century. They’ve got more eyes on their material than a bikini shiksa at the beach.

So in tribute to the great 2 Live Jews, we say thanks for all the years of entertainment!
